Robby Pierce

Robby was born in Houston but throughout the years has become well-traveled and knowledgeable
with all areas of the state of Texas. As a 6 th  generation Texan, with both grandfathers owning land in
Madison and Leon Counties, most weekends were spent with them working cattle or hunting. After
graduating high school, Robby’s parents moved to their family property in Madison County, while he
moved to College Station to attend school. He was blessed to be able to spend many of his days
with his father and grandfather working the land and exploring the fruits of the great state of Texas.
In 1998, Robby met and married his wife now of 23 years, Charlotte. He spent several years in
sales, sales management and operations  before beginning a long-time career of 17 years
developing relationships and sales in the oil and gas industry. Throughout those years, he was able
to travel all over the state creating a trail of networking and connections with people of all trades.
Because of those relationships and deep roots, Robby was able to leave his position of Vice
President of a start-up oilfield company and open up a company with his wife. After five great years,
they took the opportunity to sell the company’s assets and retire.
Shortly after, Robby began traveling frequently to the Texas Hill Country with his wife and found
themselves staying in the Bandera, Texas area They decided to split their time between The Texas
Hill Country and The Brazos Valley. Meeting people has never been difficult and he found himself
quickly realizing he could put his sales experience and knowledge of the state to use with a career in
real estate. Robby prides himself in putting his client’s needs first and creating trusting relationships
in their buying and selling needs. He is ready to put these lifelong skills to work helping client’s buy
and sell ranches in the great state of Texas.
In his spare time, Robby enjoys spending time with his wife, Charlotte, their children and three
grandchildren. They take the chance to attend every live music concert they can, love watching
Aggie sports and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
