With a Master’s degree in Education and an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Monica brings together a unique blend of knowledge, leadership, and entrepreneurial perspective in everything she does, specifically with her growing focus on real estate.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Monica values time with her family above all else. Weekends are often spent together at rodeos, embracing the Western lifestyle and making memories with the people who matter most.
