Luther and Dena Davis

Luther and Dena Davis reside in Burleson, TX in the DFW area and work as a team within the Coleman and Patterson Real Estate office. They have an understanding and knowledge of the buyers and sellers needs in Johnson County and surrounding areas and they enjoy working with clients to help them meet their goals and objectives as they make their life decisions. In addition, they operate their own auction service and understand both the traditional side of real estate as well as the auction method of marketing. They have experience in all aspects of real estate from city lots, developments, farms, and larger land opportunities. Both are graduates of Tarleton State University and consider themselves the 1/2 Aggies of the Coleman and Patterson family. Affiliations and memberships include the National and Texas Associations of Realtors®, Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors®, National and Texas Auctioneers Associations, and Texas Self Storage Association. Luther holds the designation of CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute), the highest designation awarded in the auction industry, as well as B.A.S. (Benefit Auctioneer Specialist) and is a graduate of the Professional Ringmen's Institute. He was awarded the coveted title of State Champion Auctioneer by the Texas Auctioneers Association in 2008 and conducts multiple benefit auctions each year. Luther and Dena enjoy spending time with their 2 sons and their families, the outdoors, and antiquing.
