David Coleman is a veteran Texas Auctioneer and real estate broker from Madisonville, TX and is a co-owner of Coleman & Patterson. David specializes in "Texas Real Estate Auctions" - with a niche for lifestyle real estate such as farmland, cattle ranches, rural land, and country homes in and around the central Texas real estate areas of Madison County, Leon County, Brazos County, Robertson County, Grimes County, and Walker County.
