I’m excited to announce that I have started a new chapter in my life working as a real estate agent for Coleman and Patterson. I will continue to live my lifelong dream of ranching as the manager of the Clear Fork Ranch, but I am fortunate to incorporate this new dream into my lifestyle. For me, it is a perfect fit.
I was raised in the small Texas town of Bellville and attended Texas A&M where I graduated with a BS in Animal Science and a MS in Animal Science/Animal Breeding. My first job out of college took me and my wife Dawn to Alberta, Canada where I worked 2 years as feedlot nutritional consultant. After 2 long winters we headed home to Texas and I began work at a feedyard in South Texas as the financial manager where I honed my business skills. Seven years later I fulfilled my lifelong dream of ranching and moved to Armstrong, TX to manage the historic Armstrong Ranch and we raised our family alongside the wonderful Armstrong family. As our family grew, we made the difficult decision to leave Armstrong after 14 years. We are thankful to have settled at the beautiful Clear Fork Ranch north of Abilene and live under big West Texas skies. Dawn and I have 3 great kids, Faith, Grace and little Cody.
I tell you this about my life because I want you to know that the experiences I have gained in cattle, wildlife, natural resources, business management, and rural Texas life in general will help me relate to the needs of my clients. I want to focus on helping buyers and sellers find or sell their favorite piece of rural Texas. I want to share my passion for ranching and living in rural Texas with my clients, and help them realize their dreams of being a part of something special.
